If you have symptoms of a cold or flu and have recently travelled or been in contact with anyone who has travelled to mainland China, Thailand, Japan, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia , Macau or certain areas of Europe. DO NOT COME INTO THE SURGERY Isolate yourself and contact NHS 111 in the first instance for further advice, and let them know where you have returned from. You can also find information on the Public health website which is updated regularly or NHS website.

Nurses

Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.

Paediatric Nurse - provides health and medical care for children from birth through their teens.  Roxanne provides expert care to children while working with the family to address their concerns, fears, problems, and options.

Health Practitioners

The practice also has Health Trainer who sees patients by appointments. The health trainer works with patients over the age of 40 years who are interested in making lifestyle changes and preventing future ill health.
